Document Management Module

The ImagineTime Document Management system is designed to make most file management tasks quick and painless. During the initial set up, ImagineTime will automate the folder structure creation process, and will allow you to move and copy your existing files into the managed folder structure.

The ability to assign keywords to files and folders makes it easy to search your files based on meta data rather than just by file or folder name.

You can also specify standard folders that should be created for every new client added to ImagineTime. Save time and increase efficiency through standardized file storage.

The Document Management system also includes a built-in scanning module, which utilizes optical character recognition (OCR) and lets you quickly go from paper document to searchable PDF, JPEG, TIFF, or other image format. The document scanning module also supports automatic document feeders (ADF) for scanning multi-page documents.

The next screen shot shows the Document Scanning interface, which allows you to scan a document to multiple locations with just a single scan. Multiple image formats are supported. Images can be acquired from any TWAIN compliant source from directly within the Document Scanning interface.
