ImagineTime Practice Management comes equipped with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Contact Manager Modules. The optional Calendar Scheduling module works in conjunction with both of the standard CRM and Contact Manager modules. Our Contact Management system keeps all contacts in one centralized location for ease of use. It also monitors contact activity and creates a history of client and contact notes. Calendar module integration allows you to import client/contacts from Outlook and import emails from clients/contacts directly into the client/contact notes field.
The Client Relationship Management module generates labels, creates custom letters, prints envelopes based on filtered lists of clients and contacts. The optional Calendar module integrates with CRM to send email blasts directly from ImagineTime to clients/contacts using Microsoft Outlook.
The optional Calendar/Scheduling module works in tandem with the contact manager and the Client Relationship Management to allow you to directly schedule client appointments and manage staff calendars. Access staff calendars to match tasks with appropriate staff and schedule appointments with ease.
