Reassign time records to another Client/Engagement. In Manual, Recurring, Batch Invoice time records can now be reassigned. In Clients > Invoice tab, time records can be reassigned.
Batch Delete. Time Records can be batch deleted in Time Sheet Entry, Manual, Recurring and Batch Invoicing.
If you have the PRO & Enterprise version – you now view Open/Closed projects from Project Management in the Client view.
INVOICE PREVIEW IS HERE! You can now view invoices in Manual, Recurring and Batch invoice before saving the invoice.
Column Choosers (NEW UI FEATURE) has been added to many tables allowing for custom defined columns to display with auto saving.
Global Filters have been added in Batch Billing to filter by Activity to assist with viewing open time records.
Custom Payment Types! A new feature has been added in Settings > Lists > Payment Types. Capability has been added to create and delete payment types (required payment types can’t be deleted)
Timers – NEW functionality to Save All timers without having to save individually and view the Convert to Time Entry screen.
Slide Outs! Have been added in many areas to provide a better user experience with viewing data.
Recurring Invoice has been updated! Multiple Engagements and Expenses can now be predefined in templates.
REMINDER: Wildcards are supported in memo fields. ^CM, ^PM, ^CY, ^PY. Current Month, Prior Month, Current Year, Prior Year.
Expenses can now written up or down while invoicing.
ADMIN/FIRM TIME. New setting to force billable amount to $0.00. See Settings > Time & Expenses.

We are happy to release MangoPayments. The latest improvement to the Mango Billing platform for processing Credit Card and ACH transactions.
Credit Card – 2.75% + .20 | ACH – $2 flat / transaction for 6 months.
Reverts to 2.89% + .29 | ACH – $2 flat / transaction.
The DMS has a new look and a better user experience! Here are just some of the NEW features:
You can now create multiple addresses for a client and designate the default billing address.
A previously new feature which allowed cloning a client, engagements and contacts now supports cloning the additional addresses.
Improved user interface! Filters are now in a slide out with NEW filters. Filter by Billing Partner, Hourly or Fixed Fee Engagements ( Thanks Jeff! )
Editing/viewing time records is now in a slide out to view more records to make inline editing of time records better (same a recent improvements made in Manual Invoicing).
3 more user definable tags have been added in Settings allowing for more ways to segment projects.
Filters have been moved to a slide out to allow for more screen real estate.
Other improvements & fixes.
The To-Do List now has KANBAN boards! The To-Do List is a great tool for quickly recording To-Do items instead of cluttering up your desk with written reminders. There is a button on the User Dashboard to access the To-Do List. To-Do Items can be viewed as Kanban Items or List Items.
Projects & Tasks can NOW be updated in batch! Great utility for making changes to existing Projects & Tasks.
Batch Update – Tasks
Great tool for viewing where a client is located on the map. Both Satellite and Map view are support with zooming supported and Street View! To access this feature, the icon is located top right of the Client View.

ImagineTime is a complete practice management application that includes excellent time and expense management capability. Along with the time and billing feature, ImagineTime also offers a client portal, due date tracking, reporting and analytics, and solid integration capability. Best suited for mid-sized professional service firms including accounting firms, ImagineTime is available as an on-premise application as well as on the cloud.
ImagineTime also includes a mobile app that works with both iOS and Android devices, with the mobile app offering complete mobile timekeeping capability.
ImagineTime offers seamless integration with third-party tax software applications including UltraTax, Lacerte, ATX, ProSeries, and Drake.
ImagineTime includes a searchable knowledge base that offers easy access to instructional materials including the ImagineTime Manual. FAQs are available for browsing, and users can open a new support ticket or check ticket status from the support page if desired. Users can also access support via telephone if desired, with the option to request a remote support session if necessary.
ImagineTime is well suited for professional services firms of any size. ImagineTime’s Time & Billing module is currently $25 per user, per month. Other modules available include a Client Portal for $25 per user, per month, a Due Date/Workflow Management module for $25 per user, per month, or the option to purchase the complete Practice Management Suite which includes all client portal, time & billing, and due date management features, for $70 per user, per month. Those interested in ImagineTime can request a product demo directly from the vendor.
ImagineShare is a new client portal now offered by ImagineTime, a comprehensive Practice Management suite of applications well suited for both the accounting and the legal profession. In addition to ImagineShare, ImagineTime also includes time and billing, due date tracking, a CRM, and reporting and analytics. Intended as a workflow and communication platform between client and firm, the client portal makes it easy share documents with clients in a safe, secure fashion, providing a real time communications record for each client. A mobile app is also available for both iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, with users able to access, upload, and download documents from their device.
The ImagineShare client portal can be easily branded with any firm’s identifying information including a logo and color scheme. Upon logging in to the portal, a list of all clients will be displayed, along with their contact information. Once a client is chosen, a chronological view of all activity that has taken place between the firm and the client will be displayed.
ImagineShare, the client portal recently added to ImagineTime is an excellent addition to a very strong application and will drastically reduce the amount of paperwork that needs to exchange hands. The ImagineTime Client Portal is available for $25 per user, per month, based on yearly billing, or $35 for month-to-month billing. The Full Practice Management solution includes the Client Portal, Time & Billing, and Due Date Management and is available for $70 per user, per month.
Have a document you need to share or get signed? Now you don’t even have to upload it to ImagineShare! We added the capability to create share links and request signatures to our Secure Send Print Driver to make requesting signatures for tax forms even easier. 🖨️

🔔 You can finally stop wondering if your client saw the file you just sent them. From now on, the client will receive a notification for new files, and the first time a file is viewed or downloaded, you will receive an email notification.
📖 Not every client sticks around forever, and it can be annoying to constantly see their name on your client list. You can now delete clients & contacts you no longer need or just remove a specific contact from a client.
❌ Accountants deal with a TON of files and deleting them one-by-one is a pain. With bulk file deletion, wasting time is a thing of the past.

✉️ New Version of Outlook Plugin (COM Add-In)
Anyone NOT using Microsoft Exchange knows it can be hard to find plugins and add-ins that are compatible with Outlook on their desktop. The COM Add-In will allow you to send files, request files, and request signature even if you use POP, IMAP, or an older version of Outlook.
