The To-Do List now has KANBAN boards! The To-Do List is a great tool for quickly recording To-Do items instead of cluttering up your desk with written reminders. There is a button on the User Dashboard to access the To-Do List. To-Do Items can be viewed as Kanban Items or List Items.
Projects & Tasks can NOW beΒ updatedΒ in batch! Great utility for making changes to existing Projects & Tasks.

Great tool for viewing where a client is located on the map. Both Satellite and Map view are support with zooming supported and Street View! To access this feature, the icon is located top right of the Client View.

ImagineTime is a complete practice management application that includes excellent time and expense management capability. Along with the time and billing feature, ImagineTime also offers a client portal, due date tracking, reporting and analytics, and solid integration capability. Best suited for mid-sized professional service firms including accounting firms, ImagineTime is available as an on-premise application as well as on the cloud.
ImagineTime also includes a mobile app that works with both iOS and Android devices, with the mobile app offering complete mobile timekeeping capability.
ImagineTime offers seamless integration with third-party tax software applications including UltraTax, Lacerte, ATX, ProSeries, and Drake.
ImagineTime includes a searchable knowledge base that offers easy access to instructional materials including the ImagineTime Manual. FAQs are available for browsing, and users can open a new support ticket or check ticket status from the support page if desired. Users can also access support via telephone if desired, with the option to request a remote support session if necessary.
ImagineTime is well suited for professional services firms of any size. ImagineTimeβs Time & Billing module is currently $25 per user, per month. Other modules available include a Client Portal for $25 per user, per month, a Due Date/Workflow Management module for $25 per user, per month, or the option to purchase the complete Practice Management Suite which includes all client portal, time & billing, and due date management features, for $70 per user, per month. Those interested in ImagineTime can request a product demo directly from the vendor.
ImagineShare is a new client portal now offered by ImagineTime, a comprehensive Practice Management suite of applications well suited for both the accounting and the legal profession. In addition to ImagineShare, ImagineTime also includes time and billing, due date tracking, a CRM, and reporting and analytics. Intended as a workflow and communication platform between client and firm, the client portal makes it easy share documents with clients in a safe, secure fashion, providing a real time communications record for each client. A mobile app is also available for both iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, with users able to access, upload, and download documents from their device.
The ImagineShare client portal can be easily branded with any firm’s identifying information including a logo and color scheme. Upon logging in to the portal, a list of all clients will be displayed, along with their contact information. Once a client is chosen, a chronological view of all activity that has taken place between the firm and the client will be displayed.
ImagineShare, the client portal recently added to ImagineTime is an excellent addition to a very strong application and will drastically reduce the amount of paperwork that needs to exchange hands. The ImagineTime Client Portal is available for $25 per user, per month, based on yearly billing, or $35 for month-to-month billing. The Full Practice Management solution includes the Client Portal, Time & Billing, and Due Date Management and is available for $70 per user, per month.
