Here, here....for ImagineTime...we looked into a bunch of vendors back in 2003, and decided that ImagineTime was for us...wonderful product...great support - you get a breathing person every call, who gets you back on track...they're attentive to customer's suggestions & implement the changes...reasonable price for the annual renewal .it includes time, billing, practice management (due date & engagement monitor), powerful customizable report generator...it is written by accountants for accountants and it just gets better every release. I can ask my assistant on the fly, "who do we have to attend to by the 15th of this month?", or "who have we finished but forgot to bill?", and I get my answer in seconds. The more years' data you get in, the deeper you can probe. Can you tell I'm a fan?

The program enables us to electronically record and track the services being performed by every professional on an hourly basis or an optional fraction of an hour thereof. Through the "Slip Timer" option, each staff member may elect to have the program keep track of up to five different assignments simultaneously, while juggling different clients' needs by pausing one "time slip" while attending to another. We are able to not only allocate the charges to a specific client by a specific engagement code, but we may also bill different clients different rates for a particular service or a particular staff member.
The program is so flexible in entering and editing data that the monthly billing process surpassed any other program we've worked with in the past. The ease of generating various available invoice options, be it a detailed invoice by staff/service/hour, a monthly, quarterly or annual memorized retainer invoice or the various available reports has proven very valuable to a small firm such as ours where the value of time has never been more appreciated.
