- Gold Support - Product upgrades and support throughout year (including priority 1/2 hour response (est) via phone, or email.
- Platinum Support - Same as Gold Support plus 2 one hour training sessions.
Ad hoc time and billing, staff scheduling and calendar scheduling software support is also available on an as-needed basis billed to a major credit card at $95 per incident.
