Customer Support:

ImagineTime, Inc. offers unsurpassed time management software support to keep your office up and running at all times. Everyone on our technical support team is a CPA as well as a software developer. We allow you to choose which level of support will best suit your needs.

  • Silver Basic Support – Product upgrades and basic support (including 45 days of getting started help in year 1.)
  • Gold Support - Product upgrades and support throughout year (including priority 1/2 hour response (est) via phone, or email.
  • Platinum Support - Same as Gold Support plus 2 one hour training sessions.

Ad hoc time and billing, staff scheduling and calendar scheduling software support is also available on an as-needed basis billed to a major credit card at $95 per incident. Documentation and Training Modules:

ImagineTime includes a comprehensive 220-page online manual which can be downloaded and printed. A color copy of the manual can be purchased from ImagineTime for $45. Our time slips software also includes step-by-step training modules covering all important aspects of the program.

Staff Training:

If you have a high-speed internet connection our technical support staff can train you right in your own office using Microsoft Netmeeting®. On-site training by our trained and experienced CPA's is available at $595.00 for a ½ day session and $895.00 for a full day session. Travel and lodging expenses are extra.

Data Conversion:

Our technical programmers can convert data from almost any popular program on the market today. Please call our sales department 1-877-520-1525 for additional details and pricing.

Our product also comes complete with a data conversion utility that allows you to import information from other software using popular spreadsheet programs such as Lotus® and Excel®. An optional Quickbooks conversion utility will allow you to import all customers names, address and client transaction history from Quickbooks to ImagineTime.
