  • Silver Basic Support - Product upgrades and up to 6 technical support incidents throughout the year via phone or email.

  • Gold Premium Support (**) - Product upgrades and up to 15 technical support throughout the year via phone or email.

  • Platinum Support (**) - Product upgrades and unlimited technical support throughout the year via phone or email. (****)

  • Technical support is also available on a per incident basis by calling 828-248-3121. Per incident support may be purchased on an hourly basis at $175.00 per hour with a minimum charge of $175.00, billed to a major credit card.

  • ** ImagineTime reserves the right to require paid training when more comprehensive coverage of a subject is deemed necessary.

  • **** If purchased at initial software purchase includes two (2) one hour live internet training sessions.

Data Conversion
:
Data Conversion services are charged at the rate of $125/hr. We can estimate the cost for your convenience. Please call.
ImagineTime also comes equipped with a free basic data conversion utility that will import name, address and phone information with opening balances from a spreadsheet.

Terminal Services
:
ImagineTime will supply a comprehensive PDF document covering installation of ImagineTime in a terminal services environment. Additional assistance can be purchased at $175.00 per hour with a minimum charge of $175.00 billed to a major credit card.
 
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: Contact us within 30 days from purchase date for a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with ImagineTime. (Data conversion services excluded.)
