Product Upgrade & Support options are as follows:

  • Silver Basic Support - Product upgrades and basic support (6 support incidents, including access to online training modules)

  • Gold Premium Support - Product upgrades and support throughout year (including priority 1/2 hour response (est) via phone, or email).

  • Platinum Support - Same as Gold Premium Support plus (2) one hour training sessions.

  • Technical support is also available on a per incident basis by calling 828-248-3121. Per incident support may be purchased on an hourly basis at $125.00 per hour with a minimum charge of $125.00, billed to a major credit card.

Data Conversion

Data Conversion services are charged at the rate of $75/hr. We can estimate the cost for your convenience. Please call.
ImagineTime also comes equipped with a free basic data conversion utility that will import name, address and phone information with opening balances from a spreadsheet.
