Customer Relationship Management with Microsoft Outlook® Integration and Email Blaster

Email-Blaster-Contact-and-Customer-Relationship-Management Manage your contacts by clicking on the Contact/Clients button at the top of the calendar scheduling grid or by right-clicking on a scheduled appointment in the calendar. Our time and billing software lets you manage information for both clients and contacts in the same database. Contacts and clients can also be imported, exported and synchronized with Microsoft Outlook using the features available from our calendar icon menu. In addition, contacts can be synchronized to the database using a Blackberry®, Palm Pilot®, or Pocket PC®. Another big advantage is the ability to track time and bill clients using the contact management software module of our integrated staff scheduling, time and billing system.

Our calendar scheduling software grid lets you convert appointments into time entries at the click of a button! Use the project issue and task tracker to help you keep on top of every stage of every project!

The following client relationship managment screen shows prospect, task information and a powerful report feature. Address and phone information is shown below the name and contact information. You can enter as many address and phones as you like and flag an entry as a client or a contact. Client notes can be used to monitor contact messages and other important exchanges. Email blasts can be sent to groups of clients using our email blaster - see below. Contacts that become clients can be billed using our time and billing software.


Email Blaster Utility

Our Email Blaster shown here lets you send formatted messages to filtered groups of clients and contacts. Each time an email is sent, a corresponding note is automatically generated in the client/contact database. You can also use the client relationship manager to create envelopes, labels and customs letters to stay on top of your relationship with contacts, clients, staff and prospective clients.
