ImagineTime Cloud can be accessed using current versions of Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox in the Windows environment or from Apple products after downloading the Microsoft Remote Desktop App from the iStore. Apple AirPrint does not currently allow print redirect from the iPad however on the Mac printing requires a wired printer.
Cloud services are billed on the first of each month. A six month commitment is required for startup. If commencement of service occurs other than the first of the month, a pro-rated amount is collected for the balance of the inception month, plus service fee for the next five months.
Cancellation requires 30 day notice prior to the first of the next month's service. The last month of service is not pro-rated or subject to refund.
