With our focus on the small business marketplace, ImagineTime Software combines the best of two venues: the accomplished business veterans (53 combined years of public accounting experience) matched with the software design and development expertise. The business world is inundated with professionals that provide their clients with one important facet but not the other. We however, can deliver on both counts, making us the best of Both Worlds!

Our Key Staff:

Fred O. Lindsley, CPA - has twenty-five years experience as a CPA, a self-taught software developer of fifteen years and originating developer of the ImagineTime product. Having started his public accounting career at Coopers & Lybrand and later a founding partner of two local CPA firms, Fred started computer programming to fill a growing need for custom computer services among his small business clients. Specialized software programs for payroll, accounts payable as well as construction and storage management software were early products developed. While in practice, Fred served on the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) "Committee on Microcomputers" and has published articles in the monthly "CPA Today" magazine relating to practice management for CPAs. It is this hands on experience from both the CPA's perspective and the small business owner that ImagineTime was born.

Nancy Fontana - customer support specialist with over 20 years experience in accounting and related fields. Nancy has been with ImagineTime since 2001 and provides great service to our ImagineTime customers.

Larry Doyle - software and sales specialist with over 25 years experience in accounting and related fields.

Thomas Freeman - customer service and sales specialist with over 20 years experience in technical implementation and use of software products.

Kathryn Furst - has fifteen years experience in corporate sales and is co-marketing and sales director. Her experience working for companies like Xerox and MCI as well as other software firms provides great insight into the marketplace. She has offered her extensive expertise and experience, which has helped shape our emerging sales force.

Jo-Anne Satterly, CPA - has fifteen years experience as a CPA as well as a software developer. Having started her career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen, she eventually joined the private sector as a Chief Financial Officer. During that time, Jo-Anne created several custom small business applications. Jo-Anne spearheaded the development of a family of traffic and safety education products, which have set the standard for the State of Florida. Jo-Anne's thirst to use new technology is a perfect match in a never-ending ocean of possibilities.

Jay J. Pereira- is a CPA as well with thirteen years public accounting experience. A partner in a local CPA firm, Jay has worked closely with many small business clients to streamline their operations by recommending new hardware, software and even provide training to personnel. As part of the Both Worlds team, Jay plays an instrumental role as the ImagineTime beta tester as well as the co-marketing and sales director. Being able to place himself in the role of a typical user, he has provided invaluable feedback, which has improved the look and feel of our products as well as new features that would appeal to the small business owner.
