| The task management setup screen shown below gets you started with the master task tracker. Once set up, tasks can be selected using the scheduling calendar screen. Recurring tasks can be automatically set up along quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily timeframes. With the task progress tracker, staff and managers can individually be assigned tasks in addition to the partner assigned at the client level. Tasks can also be associated with a work code to expedite time entry. This software for tracking employee time also records time spent on individual tasks and print reports comparing budget to actual hours. |

The tax form setup screen below shows how master tax forms with due dates are created in our task management software. You can set up as many master federal and state due date items as you like. They can be selected from a convenient drop-down menu - see the example in the due date monitoring section of our website. |

Tax form and task due date items can be assigned a user-defined status (shown at right) in the scheduling tab of the client screen. The report and monitor screen allows due date items to be reported based upon the status you’ve assigned it. This provides an alternative report sorting capability along the lines of complete, not-complete, on-extension and so on.
