Customer Service Associate

Western North Carolina software company is seeking an inside software customer service/sales representative person to join our team at ImagineTime! Individual with good organizational skills can fast-track to management position. ImagineTime provides Practice Management Software which is used primarily by CPAs, Accountants and other professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with best practices for setup and implementation of program including follow-up support. Advise on appropriate user training and support programs.
  • Train on products via internet demonstrations
  • Process sales orders and handle customer inquires.

Qualification

  • Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
  • Excellent communication skills - detail oriented
  • Good organizational, troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor, independent worker, able to work under pressure.
  • Some knowledge of basic business accounting, not required but beneficial.
